    great breakfast selection, all the staff were wonderful. left my book open and they left me a bookmark and a little note that said “happy reading”! wonderful attention to detail

    A fabulous location in the heart of the Marina with easy access to nearby shops, resteraunts and beach. A beautiful hotel where the service is impecible. The club klounge facilities were fantastic - definately worth the upgrade to the club room

    This is strange but did sense some very subtil interaction biases based on age or civil status of guests by hotel staff.

    From start to finish, every member of staff made us feel as if we were the only guests there. Rooms exquisite, service exceptional. The club rooms are worth every penny, but don't tell too many people!

    The room was beautiful. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Buddha Bar is a must!

    There was no balcony or great view of the gulf. The location was not ideal for evening strolls.

    The overall quality, friendliness and sophistication.The staff are motivated, excellently trained.

    The lack of direct beach access and the ongoing construction in the area, however this is nearly finished.

    The property was fairly clean, reasonably priced and with a fab location. The breakfast was delicious and awesome with a trillion options, and the food was incredible. Location: the hotel was really close to Dubai Marina.

    The breakfast had a great selection.

    Housekeeping wanted a time each day for them to clean the room. Sometimes you don't know what time you are going out in the morning and they would be waiting at the door for you to leave!

    Sleek spa facilities, fine views from City Social restaurant, easy access to nearby beaches

    The bridge connecting the towers is unnecessarily complex!!! Housekeeping visits at night are inconvenient, especially after a long day!!! More transparency regarding breakfast options would really help future guests!!!
